Saison Dupont Biologique is a Belgian, organic farmhouse ale known for its light golden color, dryness, and pronounced bitterness with notes of grapefruit, white flowers, and spices like coriander and pepper. Brewed with organic barley, hops, and yeast, it is a complex but light beer with a refreshing, thirst-quenching quality and a long, dry, and slightly spicy finish. It was Belgium's first organic beer, launched in 1990, and is often enjoyed with food pairings.
