JOLLY POUPEE

Medium-bodied body, in full line with that of a Belgian Red Ale.
In the mouth it passes with balance from well-defined notes of caramel, candied sugar reflections, dried fruit, candied fruit and honey to a good dry finish, given by a "modern" use of hops.
Not bitterish finish, but which in any case detaches from the sweet that characterises this beer, making it pleasant and not cloying.
